According to the data released by Tmall Global, during 1st to 3rd Nov., 7 million+ overseas customers from 200+ countries and regions shopped on Tmall Global. Beauty product is one of the most popular categories. C-beauty brand Florasis (花西子) ranked number 1.
Florasis is famous for its traditional Chinese beauty concept. Recently they launched a new collection named “The Impression of Miao (苗族印象)” which attracted a group of foreign KOLs and customers. This new collection is inspired by Miao culture, which is a minority nationality in China. The product packaging features the iconic Miao silvery carvings - very delicate and unique. Many beauty Youtubers, including Wayne Goss with 3.8 million followers, introduced this collection in their videos.
Florasis did a really great job attracting Gen Zers with traditional Chinese culture. China is not only about dragon, panda or Forbidden City.
